JP Hayes – Partner / General contractor

For nearly 20 years Jeff has been working in both commercial and residential real estate in the Chicagoland area . Since 2004 Jeff worked with multiple builders as the construction manager for over 50 spec homes completing 20 homes in the last two years. JP brings a plethora of experience, contacts and understanding of the Chicago marketplace to the HNN Builders team.

Jeff grew up in the Chicago Suburbs and currently resides in the Portage Park neighborhood of Chicago with his wife Jen and their 5 year-old son Hunter.
